Q&A: Dorothy Halloween hair and makeup advice?

I’m being a sexy dorothy from the wizard of oz for halloween but I dont really know what to do about hair and makeup, (i dont wanna do braids)
I want to wear my hair down but any ideas and for makeup should i make my eyes look big or what … i dont wanna over-power the makeup, i wanna concentrate on one part of my face for make up any ideas

Put on a volume-izing mascara and red blush. Dont forget to get red lips!

If you dont want to do braids still leave your hair curly, or crimped, if your outfit is blue wear light blue eyeliner on you top lids and do a small black “wing” to still keep the look you are going for

if you dont wanna do braids just make 2 lil pigtails with red ribbon
red lipstick
and blue eye shadow
