Every NZ female has her own style, and those like to follow the trends follow their preferred trendsetter. There would most likely be some elderly that look to her for trends, but certainly not the younger generations.

The number of people will vary depending on the tour, but most groups will be limited to no more than 16. This makes the tour more manageable for both the guides and the restaurants.

How much does a tour cost?

Price of each tour is listed on its description page. Pricing for private or custom tours will vary. Please contact us to discuss private tour pricing.

What should I wear?

Most of our tours are walking tours, so wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes. It's not a good idea to wear high heels or dress shoes. Check the weather on the day of your tour and dress appropriately – we'll conduct our tours hot, cold, rain or shine. Don't forget sunglasses, sunscreen, hats, coats or umbrellas depending on the weather. We will only cancel or reschedule if weather conditions are dangerous – we'll contact you by email if this occurs.

Can I bring my camera?

Sure! There are lots of opportunities to take pictures during the tours.

Can I bring my dog?

Sorry, no pets. We're visiting restaurants, and pets aren't allowed unless they are service dogs.

Can I bring my kids?

Probably no. You'll have to make that call, based on your child's age/maturity, but most of our tours are not set up for children. The samplings at some of the restaurants may feature alcohol or may not suit the palate of children that are "particular." If you're not sure, then don't.

How much food will we be eating?

Word to the wise: Come Hungry! There are enough tastings that most people will not need a meal afterwards. If you're still hungry once the tour is over, feel free to go back to your favorite stop for more!

I have allergies!

We're not doctors, but if you have allergies or sensitivities to any foods or items used in food production, it's safe to assume that absolutely everything served on this tour is or contains an allergen of some sort. We encourage you to use the same discretion that has enabled you to live a full and healthy life to this point!

Will I need to bring cash?

Our tours are all inclusive, but it's a good idea to have some extra cash on hand for souvenirs, gifts, an extra dessert to bring home, etc.

When should I arrive for the tour?

It's very important that you arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. We leave on time. If you're running late, your confirmation will have a contact number to call.

Should I tip my tour guide?

In the tourism industry, it is customary to tip your guide. For Private Tours, a gratuity will be added to your total cost.

I need to cancel/reschedule. Is that a problem?

Not if you do it more than 72 hours in advance. We have to let all of the establishments we are visiting know how many people we're bringing so they can accommodate the tour. Rescheduling can be tricky because we are often sold out months in advance. If you can't make it, you're welcome to give your reservation to someone else, however – just let us know at beth@atlanta-culinary-tours.com!

or you could put them inside a pillowcase, and knot the prime of the pillowcase closed.

Handwash them in the sink. fill the sink with cold water and a small small bit of laundry soap. swish them about, then rinse them out and leave them to line dry.

the only thing i’ve ever had a dilemma with with tights is placing them in the dryer shrinks them…

You can get lingerie bags from the dollar retailer. They are super inexpensive.

I’ve worn far more tights and bodyliners than I care to bear in mind and I’ve constantly just thrown them in the wash (by themselves) on a cold delicate or handwash cycle. The dryer is more of the enemy right here. Hang them to dry.

Turn it within out and place it in the washer machine by itself on the gentlest cycle you have. Then hang it to dry. The finish.

You can also handwash it in the sink and hang it to dry but that is a great deal of energy.

You can get lingerie bags from a great deal of dollar shops and most lingerie merchants if you truly need a single.

I just wash them with my normal undergarments but I attempt to keep in mind to consider them out just before starting up the dryer result in I just do not like the really feel of them immediately after getting dried (they feel thick after haha idk im weird) but I normally dry them anyway due to the fact my mom does it and they are completely fine!!! I’ve done body tights, footless, transition, and footed and they all turned out fine!

Hand wash them in the sink with cold water and Woolite. Swirl and gently squeeze them through the soapy water, then soak for 3 to five minutes. Essentially just stick to the directions on the Woolite bottle. Hand rinse in cold water.

When you dry them, never wring them out. Gently squeeze out the bulk of the water. Then lay the tights down on a towel and roll it up like a burrito, then press the excess water out. They will be mainly dry by this point. Then you can either hang dry or lay them flat on a sweater drying rack. I normally hang mine up in the bathroom.

I don’t know how tall you are but Im pretty tall for a chick so I can only by my pants at Victorias secret on-line they do a 34 length and they are alot more fashionable than Tall Specific type of stores, some times gap long length works for me but I think their long is 32/33. For casual I think abercrombie is ok it depends, some times there stuff is allitle short for me definatly no heels . How is your cash flow because designers like Akris Punto, Armani, Charles Nolan come unfinished so you can alter them and make them super long. As far as tops, long enough for my monkey arms, Im yet to find a designer Im confortable in.Good luck String Bean )

Q&A–: I have women’s clothes to donate?
But..I do not want to donate them an organization that will send them to another country, I want them to go to an AMERICAN woman, and I do not want to give them to an organization that is affiliated with any religions. Just a private organization that will make sure that these clothes go to an American woman. I want to take care of my own first. Seems there are plenty of women in need in my own country. Does anyone know of any organizations? There are not enough corporate clothes to go to the Dress for Sucess program. Mostly casual stuff.
We do not have a homeless shelter where I live. I want to find a small, grass roots organization, not one of the corporate ones like Goodwill. And again, NO CHURCHES.

Like Nova said, homeless shelters in your area. I worked for a family shelter that had just women. With most shelters, you can just drop by and talk with the staff and residents. You will know who and how they get donations.
Also, I know that we got lots of clothes donations and sometimes it wasn’t what was needed. For the women, diapers and formula were higher priority. If you can take the time to sell the clothes in a yard sale and then use that money as a donation to the shelter, you will impact them more.

Consider Goodwill or the American Cancer Society thrift shops. The clothes don’t actually leave the country – it simply isn’t economical to ship them halfway across the world. The clothes are sold at local shops to raise money; that money is then used for programs both in this country and around the world.

A local church or homeless shelter would donate the actual clothes directly to a local woman.

You can find out for your local schools if they do donations, many times they will have ways to donate that help out the community. It’s worth a quick phone call to see if they do anything like that.

turtle necks are in mixed with funky, colorful equipment

military jackets or styled clothing

thigh-higher boots

wide pants

fringe and ruffles in clothing and purses

I dont know why men and women are answering for the Recent fall trends. What you want to do is look at the SS2011 collections that just came out and go the opposite way of them, designers get sick of functioning on what ever they have been developing for months to demonstrate for Spring/Summer season so most probable will veer in direction of the opposite for the following season, you and them Both are working on FW2011 correct now, so dont fear about it as well a lot Hope this aids, very good luck!
