tips:Q&A–: Do the Queen of England and her royal family set fashion trends in New Zealand?
Since the Queen of England is your queen in beautiful New Zealand, do she and her royal family set fashion trends there? If not, who do NZ women look to as fashion trendsetters?
The Queen is so beautiful and dresses impeccably. Do New Zealand fashion designers copy the queen’s outfits so that NZ women look like their queen? I would love to be a NZ woman who has the dear queen to look to as a fashion icon.
To Miss Bay of Plenty: Do you not worry that you speak ill of your Queen? Is she not the ruler of NZ and your people?

The following is the answer: (Hint: The reader is not the correct identification.)

Answer by ‡‡‡Bay Of Plenty‡‡‡
No! Trendsetters would be celebrities, whatever’s apparently “cool” and other people i guess.

Nobody certainly fancy’s her outfits or whatever she wears, probably only her fans and older seniors

Answer by sdrawkcaB si nosiaR niatpaC
Every NZ female has her own style, and those like to follow the trends follow their preferred trendsetter. There would most likely be some elderly that look to her for trends, but certainly not the younger generations.

Queen Elizabeth II is not entirely the ruler of New Zealand, pretty much all it is is she appears on our money and her Christmas Speech is broadcasted here.

We have a Prime Minister and a government who we pay more attention to, and they’re pretty much the ones that decide the rules here.

Answer by Blummdum
Fashion does not exist in New Zealand. That’s something that the doorknobs in America waste their time on.

Town Brookhaven
Event on 2012-06-02 15:00:00

Residents of Brookhaven once had to drive outside their historic community to find decent dining. An explosion of growth over the last decade has changed all that. Now it's a destination spot for shopping, living and dining, with the center of activity at Town Brookhaven, a state-of-the-art mixed-use development along Peachtree Road.

Come taste all this pedestrian friendly, urban village has to offer! This sampling tour starts at 3pm on the first Saturday of each month. This area is loaded with restaurants, so the mix will likely change each month (Pssst: Come Hungry!)

Flying Biscuit Cafe-Atlanta's own! The place for alternative views and healthy, eclectic food.

Newk's Café- Express dining means delicious choices, made fresh and served quickly (with a smile!).

Olde Blind Dog Pub-Just Opened! An Irish Pub with Celtic and American treats and a real dog story in its name.

There Bar-Brookhaven's first upscale dive bar with a neighborhood atmosphere and great food from locally sourced ingredients.

Which Wich?-That's what you'll be asking when faced with these superior sandwiches.

Noche- Tequila bar, world famous margaritas & amazing Spanish tapas. Seriously, what more are you looking for?

First Saturday of the month, 3pm. Just .

Frequently Asked Questions:How large are the tour groups?

The number of people will vary depending on the tour, but most groups will be limited to no more than 16. This makes the tour more manageable for both the guides and the restaurants.

How much does a tour cost?

Price of each tour is listed on its description page. Pricing for private or custom tours will vary. Please contact us to discuss private tour pricing.

What should I wear?

Most of our tours are walking tours, so wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes. It's not a good idea to wear high heels or dress shoes. Check the weather on the day of your tour and dress appropriately – we'll conduct our tours hot, cold, rain or shine. Don't forget sunglasses, sunscreen, hats, coats or umbrellas depending on the weather. We will only cancel or reschedule if weather conditions are dangerous – we'll contact you by email if this occurs.

Can I bring my camera?

Sure! There are lots of opportunities to take pictures during the tours.

Can I bring my dog?

Sorry, no pets. We're visiting restaurants, and pets aren't allowed unless they are service dogs.

Can I bring my kids?

Probably no. You'll have to make that call, based on your child's age/maturity, but most of our tours are not set up for children. The samplings at some of the restaurants may feature alcohol or may not suit the palate of children that are "particular." If you're not sure, then don't.

How much food will we be eating?

Word to the wise: Come Hungry! There are enough tastings that most people will not need a meal afterwards. If you're still hungry once the tour is over, feel free to go back to your favorite stop for more!

I have allergies!

We're not doctors, but if you have allergies or sensitivities to any foods or items used in food production, it's safe to assume that absolutely everything served on this tour is or contains an allergen of some sort. We encourage you to use the same discretion that has enabled you to live a full and healthy life to this point!

Will I need to bring cash?

Our tours are all inclusive, but it's a good idea to have some extra cash on hand for souvenirs, gifts, an extra dessert to bring home, etc.

When should I arrive for the tour?

It's very important that you arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. We leave on time. If you're running late, your confirmation will have a contact number to call.

Should I tip my tour guide?

In the tourism industry, it is customary to tip your guide. For Private Tours, a gratuity will be added to your total cost.

I need to cancel/reschedule. Is that a problem?

Not if you do it more than 72 hours in advance. We have to let all of the establishments we are visiting know how many people we're bringing so they can accommodate the tour. Rescheduling can be tricky because we are often sold out months in advance. If you can't make it, you're welcome to give your reservation to someone else, however – just let us know at beth@atlanta-culinary-tours.com!

I have produced Sue’s lunch this morning and put it in a appropriate and research container for her to take on the bus. By suitable and sturdy I mean it was a lingerie bag.
She wanted me to swap it for some explanation?

guidelines:lingerie bags–: Is there a way I can wash my tights without buying a lingerie bag?
I have a physique tight that I bought for dance, but I like to put on it under dresses as well. How can I go about washing it? stage by stage guidelines please. :]

Thanks. c:
_____
Some men and women are telling me that placing them in the washer will be fine but I’ve heard it destroys them!

The reply in the following: (Hint: The solution is not necessarily.)

Reply by O0mgn !
I just throw them in with the colour wash and they come out fine!

Solution by robbie
best to wash them by hand in the sink or when haveing a shower

Reply by angelmommy214
I’ve usually just thrown mine in the washer and they’ve often been fine.

or you could put them inside a pillowcase, and knot the prime of the pillowcase closed.

Handwash them in the sink. fill the sink with cold water and a small small bit of laundry soap. swish them about, then rinse them out and leave them to line dry.

the only thing i’ve ever had a dilemma with with tights is placing them in the dryer shrinks them…

Reply by iknowthings
You can get lingerie bags from the dollar retailer. They are super inexpensive.

Reply by Artemis
I’ve worn far more tights and bodyliners than I care to bear in mind and I’ve constantly just thrown them in the wash (by themselves) on a cold delicate or handwash cycle. The dryer is more of the enemy right here. Hang them to dry.

Turn it within out and place it in the washer machine by itself on the gentlest cycle you have. Then hang it to dry. The finish.

You can also handwash it in the sink and hang it to dry but that is a great deal of energy.

You can get lingerie bags from a great deal of dollar shops and most lingerie merchants if you truly need a single.

Reply by Kailey
I just wash them with my normal undergarments but I attempt to keep in mind to consider them out just before starting up the dryer result in I just do not like the really feel of them immediately after getting dried (they feel thick after haha idk im weird) but I normally dry them anyway due to the fact my mom does it and they are completely fine!!! I’ve done body tights, footless, transition, and footed and they all turned out fine!

Reply by Nohealani
Hand wash them in the sink with cold water and Woolite. Swirl and gently squeeze them through the soapy water, then soak for 3 to five minutes. Essentially just stick to the directions on the Woolite bottle. Hand rinse in cold water.

When you dry them, never wring them out. Gently squeeze out the bulk of the water. Then lay the tights down on a towel and roll it up like a burrito, then press the excess water out. They will be mainly dry by this point. Then you can either hang dry or lay them flat on a sweater drying rack. I normally hang mine up in the bathroom.

Private Rates
On Donatella Versace: She’s iconic and powerful, yet individuals throw darts at her. She’s undoubtedly provocative.

Some artists are functioning to purchase the mansion or no matter what the element of fame have to bear, but I invest all my money on my show.

I was the arty woman, the theatre chick. I dressed differently and I came from a different social class from the other girls. I was a lot more of an average schoolgirl with a cork.

On her type: My grandmother is generally blind, but she can make out the lighter elements, like my skin and hair. She says, &quotI can see you, since you have no pants on.&quot So I will carry on to put on no pants so that my grandma can see me.

You must never ever let a guy know how considerably you like him, due to the fact then he’ll run in the other course … Nicely, I just sign that when you do not play tough to get, if you are too easy or you come off also eager, they run away so you gotta maintain your pokerface on.

I love Dolce &amp Gabbana. I love Versace. I enjoy the insane, far more eccentric stuff. I can not pay my rent, but I am f—ing gorgeous.

I dropped out of NYU, moved out of my parent’s home, got my very own place, and survived on my very own. I produced music and worked my way from the bottom up. I didn’t know somebody, who knew someone, who knew someone. If I have any guidance to anybody, it’s to just do it oneself, and don’t waste time attempting to get a favor.

Writing a record is like dating a couple of guys at the moment. You consider them to the exact same restaurants to see if they measure up, and at some point you choose who you like greatest. When you make music or write or produce, it is genuinely your occupation to have mind-blowing, irresponsible, condomless sex with whatever thought it is you’re writing about at the time.

My album covers are not sexual at all, which was an situation at my record label. I fought for months, and I cried at meetings. They did not believe the photographs were commercial adequate… In my opinion, the final point a young lady requirements is another image of a sexy pop star writhing in sand, covered in grease, touching herself.

[on Britney Spears] Britney’s a actual class act in terms of the way she handles herself in the media and embraces new artists. She’s always truly type, I’ve constantly admired that about her.

[on Britney Spears] It was wonderful seeing the song modify when she place her touches on it. I am just truly grateful that she loves the music and she’s so supportive of me. She’s a fan of my stuff and to create a song that she loves and to know she loves me as an artist, you can not request for something better than that.

[on Britney Spears] She’s gonna kick everybody’s ass. She’s great, as far as I am concerned Britney in no way left.

[on creating the song Quicksand for Britney Spears] She was extremely sweet and she was really excited to do this song. It really is an honor to do something for Britney Spears – she is this kind of an iconic pop figure for my generation.

I am not attractive in the way that Britney Spears is sexy – which is a compliment to her due to the fact she’s deliciously great-searching.

[on creating songs for Britney Spears] She’s a good woman – I just feel really honored that she wished to sing my song. I utilized to scream for her in Instances Square and now I work for her. When I was 13 she was the most provocative performer of my time. I enjoy her so a lot!

[on Britney Spears] Britney certainly doesn’t need to have any freaking suggestions from me! Britney Spears is the queen of pop. I was studying from her.

I would instead die than have my supporters not see me in a pair of high heels. I’d in no way give up my wigs or hats for anything at all. You see legendary individuals taking out their trash, I feel it really is destroying show organization.

[about her knowledge at school] I had a really massive nose, really curly brown hair and I was overweight. I got produced exciting of.

Pop music will never ever be low brow.

[on how to be glamorous for a photo shoot] Just look straight into that lens and be oneself.

Be by yourself and love who you are and be proud. Because you had been born this way baby.

Men and women assume that when I am off stage I transform back into a person else. But I really think in the glamorous life style that I present to the outdoors world. I love glamor. A glamorous life is fairly diverse to a existence of luxury. I don’t need to have luxury. For years I was virtually broke but I was nevertheless vain and glamorous.

[on Freddie Mercury]: Freddie was unique – one of the biggest personalities in the complete of pop music.

Everywhere I go a Gaga fairy has been there before me and left a cupboard total of great clothing that I am allowed to borrow and put on. When I move on to the next city, the following cupboard is waiting. I haven’t been shopping myself for more than a year now.

She is the queen, Madonna is the queen. I have so significantly adoration for her. Being compared to her is unbelievably flattering, but in truth there is no one particular that can examine with Madonna. She is the queen!

Initial factor in the morning, try out to assume compassionate thoughts about your self for 5 minutes. I do not constantly do it, but I attempt to.

[on sleeping with her makeup nevertheless on] I’ve got to wash my face at some point. I do get laughed at fairly a bit by all my close friends simply because they say I go to sleep a lot with my make-up on. But I say that I have to be ready for the males in my dreams!

They’d say, ‘Why do you do your make-up like that, what’s with your eyebrows?’ I utilized to do these actually massive Evita brows. I used to self-tan, and I had this really intense tan in school, and men and women would say, ‘Why the fuck are you so orange, why do you do your hair that way, are you a dyke?’ I employed to be referred to as a slut… I didn’t even want to go to school occasionally.

A handful of wonderful makeup suggestions pictures I located:

Q&A–: Where are the TALL women’s clothes?
Any fashionable ,career and casual catalogs geared towards tall women?
THANX!

The following is the answer: (Hint: The reader is not the correct identification.)

Answer by jubbablumberin
No clue, but if you live in Toronto, there’s a store at Yorkdale that’s called Tall Girl i think.
Dont worry. I have the same issue. I just go for the clothes that are longer, since they’re kinda in.. or we’re in.. or whatever.

Answer by u dont no me
Wet Seal

Answer by foxylicious!
not quite sure how tall you are, but gap usually has some nice pants in long length that fit my aunt, and shes like six, six one, around there.

Answer by robbiehaf
Newport News has great styles in tall ladies clothing. Here’s the link to their tall catalog. http://www.newport-news.com/shop/thumbnail.aspx?gp_coll_id=1878&gp_cat_id=1876&nav_cat_id=7785&category_id=7786

Answer by pj_gal
I have the same problem. I find tall clothes once in a while at Walmart, KMart, Meijer, Fashion Bug, Catherine’s, & Lane Bryants.
It varies from week to week and store by store.

Answer by sonal
store at Yorkdale , wel seal, kmart i think u can get from thr

Answer by tested&true
Buckle has jeans and pants with inseams up to 37″
so does Delias

Answer by karen v
Try youre local Wal-Mart or K-mart. I am a tall woman and i get a lot of my clothes at my local wal-mart. As for the ctalogs try Lane Bryant.

Answer by hrh_gracee
If you need longer inseams and longer sleeve lengths, try Long Elegant Legs at:

http://www.tallwomensclothes.com

They have the best selection.

Susan’s Tall Fashions is an ebay store that specializes in LEL stuff at great prices:

http://stores.ebay.com/SusansTallFashions

You can also try E-bay searches under:
“long elegant legs”
“LEL”
“L.E.L.”

Also, try e-bay for Long Tall Sally brand, they are usually shipped from the U.K. or Australia, but they are nice and long, too.

Answer by jme
I don’t know how tall you are but Im pretty tall for a chick so I can only by my pants at Victorias secret on-line they do a 34 length and they are alot more fashionable than Tall Specific type of stores, some times gap long length works for me but I think their long is 32/33. For casual I think abercrombie is ok it depends, some times there stuff is allitle short for me definatly no heels . How is your cash flow because designers like Akris Punto, Armani, Charles Nolan come unfinished so you can alter them and make them super long. As far as tops, long enough for my monkey arms, Im yet to find a designer Im confortable in.Good luck String Bean )

What do you think? Answer below!

by ▓▒░ TORLEY ░▒▓

women’s casual clothing
Q&A–: I have women’s clothes to donate?
But..I do not want to donate them an organization that will send them to another country, I want them to go to an AMERICAN woman, and I do not want to give them to an organization that is affiliated with any religions. Just a private organization that will make sure that these clothes go to an American woman. I want to take care of my own first. Seems there are plenty of women in need in my own country. Does anyone know of any organizations? There are not enough corporate clothes to go to the Dress for Sucess program. Mostly casual stuff.
We do not have a homeless shelter where I live. I want to find a small, grass roots organization, not one of the corporate ones like Goodwill. And again, NO CHURCHES.

The answer in the following: (Hint: For answers, no site audit.)

Answer by nova_queen_28
Look into your area homeless or women’s shelters. They might have a program setup.

Answer by Steph
Like Nova said, homeless shelters in your area. I worked for a family shelter that had just women. With most shelters, you can just drop by and talk with the staff and residents. You will know who and how they get donations.
Also, I know that we got lots of clothes donations and sometimes it wasn’t what was needed. For the women, diapers and formula were higher priority. If you can take the time to sell the clothes in a yard sale and then use that money as a donation to the shelter, you will impact them more.

Answer by teresathegreat
Consider Goodwill or the American Cancer Society thrift shops. The clothes don’t actually leave the country – it simply isn’t economical to ship them halfway across the world. The clothes are sold at local shops to raise money; that money is then used for programs both in this country and around the world.

A local church or homeless shelter would donate the actual clothes directly to a local woman.

www.charitynavigator.org is a great resource for information on U.S. charities.

Answer by Kelly H
You can find out for your local schools if they do donations, many times they will have ways to donate that help out the community. It’s worth a quick phone call to see if they do anything like that.

Answer by becca
I dont know why men and women are answering for the Recent fall trends. What you want to do is look at the SS2011 collections that just came out and go the opposite way of them, designers get sick of functioning on what ever they have been developing for months to demonstrate for Spring/Summer season so most probable will veer in direction of the opposite for the following season, you and them Both are working on FW2011 correct now, so dont fear about it as well a lot Hope this aids, very good luck!

Reply by LaLa
A great resource for hunting at fashions and trends for the season ahead is http://www.theshoppingforecast.com. This a brand new web site which predicts the trends based mostly on what the public has voted. You can also see outfit combinations that voters have recommended which may possibly help make the 24 piece wardrobe. You can read more info on how

The only other way to predict the trends is by seeking at magazines and seeing what trends the style editors predict but this is only what one particular individual is saying so is unlikely to be as exact.

Hope this helps
