Question: I need some makeup advice…plz help =]?

ok i cant post a pic for security reasons (lol i dont know how) but i can tell u how i look

-dirty blonde hair w/ highlights
-hazel eyes
-brown eyebrows (idk y?)
-big mouth
-medium length hair…angled…layered

please post any advice on how to make myself look better (makeup/hairstyles/etc.)

I can only give makeup advice.
