When traveling on the airplane, I saw a lingerie bag for padded bras in a catalogue, and I was wondered if there was one for wire bras. The bag made it possible to wash the bra in the washing machine and it still kept its shape.
The one in the catalogue was not just a mesh bag, it actually held the bra in place so as not to mess up the shape. I wonder if it’d work the same on wire bras. I have bras (my Opera bras) that take 2 days to dry when I hand wash them. (Not so long if I towel dry them, but still long.)

You are supposed to hand wash bra’s because of that reason I just fill the bathroom sink w/ some water add detergent and bleach if it is white, and scrub a little.

For all delicates such as panties and bras whether they’re underwire or padded I recommend washing them by hand in the sink and air-drying to help keep the shape and not ruin them. As ladies we pay so much for them that we shouldn’t ruin them by putting them in the washing machine!
But, if you MUST: The Martha Stewart line (available at is either Kmart or Walmart) makes a great delicates laundry bag. Don’t overstuff it when you throw it in the wash, and be sure to still have your machine run on a delicate cycle even if you have your delicates in a separate bag.

If you can guess everyone’s size you can go to JCPENNEY etc and buy everyone a black, pink, etc thong or bikini underwear. Not that expensive if you buy at JCPENNEY. Also you can buy perfume or body lotions at bath and body works or even TJMaxx sometimes has stuff like that.
