I was in 7th grade last year, so I think I can help you. The big thing is to NOT over do it and keep it NATURAL! It just looks bad and like they’re trying too hard if girls our age wear a bunch of makeup. Guys usually don’t like girls with globs of makeup anyways. Last year I wore a light pink eyeshadow (mainly for the sparkly effect, lol), mascara, and conceler (I have dark circles too) most days, but occasionally I would wear a THIN line of bottom eyeliner. So I would reccomend the same for you. But experiment with makeup, try on different products and see which looks best on you.
Good luck in 7th grade!

In 7th grade i wore…
-concealer(which would be good for under your eyes)
-loose powder
-black/brown mascara(on curled lashes…can help make you look awake)
-brown eyeliner
-eyeshadow

A small bit of concealer under your eyes and maybe on the eye lid.
Foundation: don’t use to much, only if you have too in cases where if you have a pimple and the concealer doesnt cover it.
Powder: Use a light powder, nothing heavy or thick. Your best bet would be pressed powder.
Blush: something light and peachy, almost invisible.
As for makeup on the eyes, use something neutral all over the ball of your lid, [close to your skin tone color] and maybe a shade or 2 darker than that, in the crease. Maybe a thin line of brown liner on your top lash line, or just some mascara!
