I need some cheap makeup advice I want to make my beauty strong. Some natural makeup would be nice. I want to look pretty but not grown up. I want to look natural.

No rude comments…. teens wear makeup guys. Get over it.

If you want to look natural just some brown or gold eye shadow with mascara would look nice, but you don’t need to wear cover up, you have very since skin! You’re really pretty by the way as far as makeup goes its fun! Play around with colours and items you like. Good luck <3

You’re obviously black. [not in a rude way] So that means that your skin is not reflecting the light so I recommend buying a highlighter that will highlight the high points of your face. [Which is the bridge of your nose, temples, and cheekbones.] You may use blush as well but keep it neutral. Any color you like that will suit your test go ahead! Maybelline has amazing blushes and so does Cover Girl.
Pro: Cover girl has a blush that has THREE shades! A lighter shade, midetone shade, and a darker color. http://www.covergirl.com/products/product.jsp?productId=trucheeks_blush

I also suggest using some mascara. If you want a full dramatic look [which I don't suggest because remember we're teens] I suggest using Cover Girl’s last blast mascara [it's an orange tube with a big wand]. If you want length I suggest Cover Girl’s last blast length mascara [it's a yellow tube with a skinny wand]. Now Cover Girl’s mascara can be a bit pricey and if you don’t want to spend + for it I suggest Maybelline’s mascara. It is a pink tube with a green cap.

Lips: Just wear chap stick. If you really want color I suggest using a tinted lip balm.

You are gorgeous,
Your skin looks so soft and clean, If you wanted to put a soft natural powder on, I would suggest a covergirl powder. And than maybe some bronzer over top to highlight those amazing cheekbones:)
Also some pretty lipgloss or just some lip balm would suit your lips good.
Some mascara and minimul eyeliner would look nice on you too.
you look gorgeous without makeup, imagine what makeup could do for you:)

Since you have an awesome skin you do not need foundation or powder. For eyes wear only black mascara and black eyeliner. Also, try a clear lip gloss and a deep berry blush. I wouldnt wear this but im more bolder in makeup. But your a teen so, natural is great!

To spice up your look more try getting something done to your hair like highlights and/or black eyeshadow.

Eyeliners- 2.00 -pencil crayon-5.00
lip gloss- 3.00
blush-5.00 (rimmel london)
mascara- 6.00 (covergirl lashblast)
* Ulta has eyeliner pencils for 1 dollar right now
