Question: What were your favorite fashion trends from the late 80s to early 90s?
I’m talking Starter coats, Cross Colors, Used jeans, Doc Martens, flannel shirts, all that. What were you wearing back between late 80s and early 90s?

Im not into trends so much! i mean yea i only wear skinny jeans but thats about it. I use my own sense of style and fashion!

I remember my white sport coat from the boy’s dept. and a black Michael Jackson hat. Hey, no one knew back then.

really really wide leg jeans, like those Jnco jeans lol, that like swallowed up your feet and platform boots that girls used to wear when i was in middle school lol…and i dont know if this is a trend but Tamagachi! lol. i would say they are cuz you hung them off your bags and stuff lol…

Jean mini skirts with my peach Chuck Taylors.Jeans with the knees torn out.My pink jean jacket(it was all about the jeans apparently).My big,curly,heavily hairsprayed hair.To top it off my Oakley sunglasses.I was lookin’ hot in 86.

I like the shoes and the sandals! Although I was wearing kids clothes, from target at the time since I was very young!

I liked the Flashdance off the shoulder look in the 80′s. But I am crazy about that Soundtrack, so it may be affecting my judgment LOL
What I like a lot about what happened in the 90′s is they started picking things some the sixties and bringing it back. After seeing all those 80′s shoulder pads, pretty peasant skirts were stunning !
People seemed to get more individual.
Flannel shirts,,,,been wearing them since High School,,, they are just comfy and cozy—if they were ever a trend, I was in !
