don’t watch full house. Trends from the 90s to 2000s really haven’t changed that much. Jeans and a t shirt is what I remember my sisters wearing. I can’t recall anything special, like the side pony tail. or any particular hair style.
As for the make-up i’d say the only really difference is that there is not black eye-liner and it was very plain. Lipstick, blush, little eyeshadow. Not the whole foundation, cover-up, blush, using your eyeliner as eyeshadow, that girls seem to like to do today,

Bell bottom jeans came back into fashion, I remember that. Um, loud, weird prints, jelly shoes, high waisted jeans. The 90′s where that awkward transition from the 80′s to now, am I right?
Big chunky shoes, like those big platform mary jane shoes, overalls, and tons of bright colors.
I would watch Clueless if you really want some 90′s tips. Hope that helps.
