Question: Which of our fashion trends are our kids going to laugh at?

I’m sure you have all looked at pictures of your parents wearing terribly dated fashion and hair styles. Whether they are like mine and sported cheesy “60s hippy style with bell bottoms and sideburns, wearing polyester leisure suites of the seventies, or horrible acid washed jeans and perms of the ’80s. What trends that we are wearing today are going to become “dated” looking? What pictures of you and your current style are your kids going to laugh at?
You guys all had really great answers (although i can’t beleive no one mentioned super low rise jeans with a thong sticking out the top ) I cant decide who to pick for best answer so why don’t you guys vote on it!

LOL, thats so true.
I think in the future my kids are gunna end up looking at my pics like. OMG WTF. But i’m pretty cool. so they shouldn’t think i look too cheesy. lol

well definitely the leggings we have these days, and the short schoolgirl skirts that were popular a few years ago. maybe even guys spiking their hair and mohawks

The puffy hair, the skinny jeans, the awkward fitting shirts that sag in all the wrong ways.
The slanted bangs in our eyes, the cork wedge heels, and the ruched torsos on our dresses.
Also the emos and the gangsters.

I mean, I laugh at them now and I haven’t even hit my 30s.

I think our kids will laugh at the long, loosely-curled hair, the skinny jeans, and the frilly miniskirts. Wait…I laugh at that stuff now.
